Tell me about your staff development for technology use in your classroom

My interest is to see if there is a need for improvements for training staff members and faculty members when integrating technology in their classrooms. Do you find students are in need of training also? Responses to this topic will help me develop my focus for my dissertation. I appreciate your feedback. Please include whether you work in a private or public school and if funding is available for technology improvements.
